2008 Whiskey Off Road

<p /><div style="width: 420px;" class="serendipity_imageComment_left"><div class="serendipity_imageComment_img"><!– s9ymdb:2 –><img width="420" height="300" src="http://yellowwood.us/YWBlog/uploads/whiskey.jpg" class="serendipity_image_left" /></div><div class="serendipity_imageComment_txt">This young lady was a bit tired at the top, but ready for the downhill.</div></div>This weekend I loaded and headed to Prescott for the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.epicrides.com/">Epic Rides</a> Whiskey Off Road bicycle race/ride. It was a good time and I was treated well by the organizer Todd Sadow. At the start, there were several other photogs, which was a bit unsettling at first. One was from the Prescott Chamber, one was from a newspaper, and one was from the company that was hired to shoot the event. I got some basic shots of the start, but my main focus was setting up on the trail. I used two flash units on radio triggers and almost everyone seemed happy to be having their photo taken.<p /><p>The photos from the event will be posted in the photo section of my website soon. It seems as though I'm not the only photographer that has almost 800 photos from the weekend to upload before Monday morning rolls around. </p><br /><br />
