Road Trippin’

I've been gone for a while, which is evident based on the posting dates. My wife and I recently transitioned the toddler off of diapers, nursed me back to health, and then hopped in the car for an extended road trip to Arkansas. It was a good time and we're almost back into our routines. While we were back there I got to take some photos of the family. Of course, my mother had to chime in about how nobody is posed and there's no apparent order, but that's what I love about photos like the one below. It's the people like they are. My wife is always on cue, our daughter is a wild card, my grandmother is asking me questions, my aunt is watching to make sure that I don't trip on a lightstand, and my grandfather is watching the little one. To me, it's perfection. Everyone as they are.
