Recently I shot at the AZ Championship Time Trail and since it was a new gig for me I ended up shooting in raw format. I was also shooting a bit wide and cropping. Well, this worked ok for some images and did not work so well for others. Also, there seems to be some color space issue that I'm working on as well. I made the decision to suspend ordering for this event because folks weren't happy with the photos. What started out as a 6-7MB raw file in the camera ended up coming out of Lightroom 2 as a 1.4MB jpeg and it wouldn't go up past 4×6" in most cases at 240dpi. I could have dumped the resolution a bit and made it work, but I'd rather have things come out nicely on paper. Maybe some of my cohorts who know their way around Lightroom and Photoshop can chime in…..

<!– s9ymdb:17 –><!– s9ymdb:18 –>
