Thanks for the tip. I was able to at least argue for that with the poor customer service chap who worked with me over the phone for over an hour. My customers are still having problems placing orders on that system. It seems as though I can’t backhaul my stuff off of there fast enough.

You two have a lot going on. That airstream looks like fun! Who do you use for fulfillment?

You should double-check, but I think that PhotoReflect will be charging you for all of those transactions! Only takes a few to be upside down at 15% + 3%. Just because you issue a refund, PR does not automatically issue YOU a refund. You have to contact them directly to get that credit.

Thanks everyone. I think she’s the cutest thing ever, but I’m a bit biased. She had just shot a flying toy off into the open space in the park and was walking back toward her mother and I while retrieving it.
