<!– s9ymdb:21 –>Last week I was able to pack up the gear and go out for an adventure with the GABA crew. The riders started in Page and ended in Nogales, with some serious climbing in between. There was a day off in Flagstaff, where we enjoyed a stay at the Little America Hotel, but it didn't seem like a long break for some of the cyclists. One fellow used his "day off" to hike the Grand Canyon….down and up in one day. Others did a 20 mile trail run at 9000+ feet. Being around athletes of this caliber reminded me that I need to get off my butt and get moving again. Grace, the wonderful lady in the 2nd photo, turned 69 on this day and hit a top speed of 38.1mph…probably on this downhill section near Lake Roosevelt. She yelled "Yeeeehaaa" on the way by me. Fun stuff.

<!– s9ymdb:20 –>
